Description

 Jeonju Hanok village consists of 700 well-preserved hanoks (traditional Korean houses), and it's the largest and only urban, traditional Hanok village in Korea. The hanoks in this village especially have uniquely shaped roof edges that distinguish them from the habits elsewhere in Korea. The village started in the early 1900s around the areas of Gyeonggijeon shrine, Omokdae, and Jeonju Hyanggyo confucian academy - all important cultural heritages. It's nice to walk around the village and enjoy the atmosphere of the village. you can also stay at a Hanok (Many Hanok stays are available in this village)
